Here is what some of our past learners have to say …
“This course has given me the necessary knowledge and tools that will allow me to feel fully confident in providing quality advice especially now when so many people are struggling with the cost of living crisis.”
“Each Module was clearly set out with providing the necessary literature to complete each module as well as links to online resources and high quality tutorials with Advice NI Tutors”
“When I began working at my current organisation, I had knowledge of some benefits and absolutely no knowledge on others, and debt and legacy benefits were completely foreign to me. Through the training Advice NI provided, alongside the hands on work that I do daily, I’ve learned about so many important issues that affect people and I’ve become more confident in applying this learning to my work.”
