Members of the autistic and neurodivergent community at Specialisterne NI will ask Peter questions related to autistic wellbeing and happiness, and will share perspectives of what has helped members of the autistic and neurodivergent community at Specialisterne NI experience wellbeing, secure and progress in careers, and to feel more part of workplace communities across N Ireland.

Specialisterne NI MD, Sharon Didrichsen will share what our team is learning as we walk alongside our autistic and neurodivergent community and employers as they seek to create environments where autistic and neurodivergent people thrive.
