Conway Education Centre is looking for individuals who have a passion for community development & Life Long Learning and would like to share their skills and experience to strengthen the Board of Directors at Conway Education Centre
This is an opportunity to join a unique organisation with an excellent record of community education provision, innovation and in providing and developing educational support for adults, young people and children.
The Board consists of men and women from a range of backgrounds with diverse skills and experience, who are working to meet challenges and opportunities in a changing environment.
We want to strengthen our Board of Directors and particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in the following areas:
• Financial Management, Income Generation, Fundraising
• Human Resources, Change Management, and Policy Development
• Public Relations and Marketing
• Experience of good governance in the Community, Voluntary, Public and/or Statutory sectors
Members of the Board of Directors will be asked to be actively involved in the governance and development of the organisation, this includes attending 10 Board meetings per year and involvement in sub groups developing a particular issue.
