By completing this qualification, learners will meet industry requirements to support exercise and physical activity for healthy and non-complicated antenatal and postnatal clients, as set out within the CIMSPA professional standard. The purpose of this qualification is to enable learners to develop the knowledge to support exercise, physical activity, health and wellbeing during the perinatal period (pregnancy and postnatal). This includes when and how to signpost to other services, where necessary.

Youth Work volunteering, like many different forms of volunteering, has taken a knock in recent years with a reduction in both staff and volunteers engaging in this challenging & rewarding work, and this impact been felt in faith-based volunteering organisations throughout Northern Ireland.

The KEYHOLE® Early Intervention Programme is a 2-day interactive training course specifically designed for early years professionals. This training programme aims to help professionals develop their skills and confidence in supporting young autistic children or those that may be awaiting an assessment. Topics include play, communication, social interaction, behaviour, and the Early Years role. The aim of the course is to enable you with the skills and confidence to support the child and family in a person-centred and neuroinclusive way.
