Examples of the courses include WRAP (the Wellness Recovery Action Plan), Building Resilience, Bring Me Back to Work with Care, Getting a Good Night’s Sleep, Compassionate Journaling, Creative Writing for Personal Development, Building Self Esteem, Five Ways to Connect - Understanding Loneliness, Menopause & Mental Health, Living with Depression, Living with Anxiety, Living with Depression, Living with Bipolar, Attitudes to Ill Mental Health, Embedding Recovery in Day-to-Day Lives,  Understanding Gratitude and lots more!

We also offer out-reach Discover the Recover College sessions where one of our Peer Educators can come out to your workplace and give an overview of what we do here in the college and also tailor courses to meet the needs of your service/workforce.
