The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive quality assurance service, that promotes quality improvement and compliance by undertaking quality assurance initiatives and plans in support of the organisation goals.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To implement and maintain an effective quality assurance and monitoring system.
  2. To monitor and report on quality standards in response to outcomes from audits.
  3. To advise designated personnel of any areas of concern relating to quality or performance.
  4. To promote quality improvement through identification and sharing of best practice across contracted area(s).
  5. To set quality assurance compliance actions
  6. To build and maintain positive, open relationships with partner organisations and provide them with a broad range of infrastructure support, including establishing clearly defined quality methods and procedures for them to apply;
  7. To ensure that programmes are delivered in accordance with the outputs/outcomes and budgets contained in the application form as well as follow the audit requirements under funders requirements
  8. To provide advice, support and training to partnership members to ensure that they introduce systems that would enable them to generate information to the standard required;
  9. To promote standards of quality and transparency in the delivery of programmes.
  10. To liaise and co-operate with staff within funder organisations.
  11. To monitor and report on compliance with the programme databases and ensure corrective measures are identified where appropriate.
  12. To ensure that all information and corresponding financial information is accurately recorded and reported.
  13. Ensure that the conditions set out in the Partners Letter of Offer to ACT are, and continue to be met.
  14. Provide comprehensive management reports to all parties, including performance against targets; finance reports and monitoring reports.
