St Comgall’s Youth Club is a voluntary run, parish-based youth club associated to the Parish of Antrim. The youth club aims to improve young people’s lives and to empower, encourage and support them in achieving the broad range of skills required to address the challenges they may encounter as they journey toward becoming responsible adults. Naturally the work we do must be fun, engaging and stimulating but it should also demonstrate the highest standards of respect for the values, teaching and mission of the Parish of Antrim, to which we are associated. In all of our activities we should act in a balanced and just manner, demonstrate high standards of respect and courtesy and contribute to a collaborative and supportive atmosphere among those with whom we work. Our Vision is to build a better, brighter and vibrant future for the young people of the parish  Our Mission is to offer a supportive, encouraging and safe environment that helps young people fulfil their potential, feel more empowered in making informed, ethical and moral choices, and to contribute more fully to a thriving local community.

 Our Core Values are:
 1. Integrity - We will remain true to our mission and work in an honest, transparent and ethical way to provide an exceptional service to the young people of our parish

2. Excellence - We will strive to recruit, cultivate and train our staff so that we can provide a high-quality service for our young people, based upon our experience and as defined within our strategic plan.

3. Empowerment – Through the programmes and activities that we offer, we will help our young people feel stronger and more confident in the decisions they make. Consequently, we will develop young people’s skills to impact their own lives and lives of others within our community.

4. Respect - we will respect each other, act in a balanced manner and be courteous in all of our work. At all times we will make a meaningful contribution to ensuring we have a collaborative and supportive atmosphere in which to work.

5. Creativity - We will cultivate an environment that supports imaginative and innovative ideas. Our creativity will be used in everything we do from development of programmes and activities, to navigating through uncertain and turbulent times with energy and ambition.
