We work both with people who want to get jobs and qualifications and with those organisations that suppport them to do so. Set up by Gingerbread NI, the lone parent support charity, with the aim of generating income to support the work of the charity, Possibilities NI operates as a social enterprise. This means that we operate in much the same way as any other company but with one significant difference - our profits are transferred to the charity. We are, therefore, profit making but not profit taking.
