We are a new non for profit organisation dedicated to providing training on the benefits of plant based whole food for physical and mental health and well being. We run cookery demonstrations/classes/workshops and talks for community groups and charities

Plant based foods have been shown to play a major role in health and well being.  We run cookery demonstrations and classes for community groups,charities and individuals who want to improve their health and well being.
