KPBAL is a cross community organisation which seeks to promote inclusion whilst assisting young people in developing family values, building self-esteem and to maximize their potential whilst remaining true to our Christian ethos.

PRESENT ACTIVITIES

3 afternoons per week after schools computer club for primary school children

Week-end drop-in facility for teenagers with monthly disco/theme nights

Issue-based Workshops: - Various times throughout the year, looking at topics such as sex, drugs and social justice

Weekly adult ICT educational programme

Weekly youth work in secondary schools

Nite lite – A detached street programme on the streets of Kilkeel at week-end

Weekly soup lunch for the more senior members of the community

Monthly youth worship.

Partnerships with other local youth groups

Annual summer serve scheme

Recruitment and training of local/international volunteers
