The Holywood Steiner School, a Steiner Waldorf School, is the only one of its kind in Northern Ireland. It is also the only Steiner Waldorf School in Ireland which takes pupils from preschool right through to GCSE.

We deliver a rich practical, artistic and academic curriculum based on fostering the child’s natural capacities to act, feel and think in harmony with development.It’s not only what we learn that matters, but when and how we learn.

We provide a unique educational service to families who think that their children will thrive in an environment in which a holistic approach is embedded. The school has offered integrated education, free of any perception of religious background for 40 years and continues to contribute to the widening of perspectives of the younger generation.
