Invitation to Tender for Service Evaluation

Applicants have the opportunity to apply for one or both of these service evaluations dependent on their skills and expertise. Required information to be included in the proposal is detailed in the text below.

Evaluation Aim

The overall aim of the evaluation is to provide NICHS with an independent evaluation and evidence on the value of the respective service and to understand and demonstrate the following:

• How the service is meeting its objectives and outcomes.
• The extent to which the service is meeting the needs of the service population and NICHS’s Outcome and Impact Framework.
• To identify potential services changes, opportunities and developments.
• To use both process and outcome evaluation methodology to evaluate the service. Describing and assessing the effectiveness of the process and its relation to project outcomes.
