FREE Women Moving on Up Workshop Ballyclare Wednesday 25th January 10am - 3pm

Begin planning positively for the future through this interactive workshop which will assist women to build networks and set practical achievable goals. This day long workshop will focus on how to get ‘work ready’, how to upskill to enter different sections of the labour market, healthy mind, confidence building and presenting a positive image. The training will raise awareness of the importance of stress management and support mechanisms for looking after your mental wellbeing, build self-esteem and confidence with practical tips and look at positive body language and dressing to impress. A motivational guest speaker will provide insight into how to balance the pressures of being a woman and running a successful business.

The project is delivered by LEDCOM in partnership with Antrim Enterprise Agency and funded by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council
