WELB Youth Service “IAM?” Project Development Scheme - closing date 26th November 2012

The Western Education and Library Board’s (WELB) Youth Service has received funding from the North West Peace III Cluster of Derry, Strabane and Omagh District Councils to promote Peace and Reconciliation Initiatives. Applications are now welcome.

The Western Education and Library Board’s (WELB) Youth Service has received funding from the North West Peace III Cluster of Derry, Strabane and Omagh District Councils to promote Peace and Reconciliation Initiatives.  Only projects in these three council areas can apply. We invite any statutory or voluntary youth/community organisation, school group or sports organisation to make an application for funding up to a maximum of £3000.

Two Information Events will be held to support applicants which will take place at the following venues:

  • Derry Youth Office, 40 Dungiven Road on Tuesday 20 November from 6.00 – 7.00pm
  • Omagh Boys and Girls Club, James Street on Wednesday 21 November from 6.30 - 7.30pm. 

Closing date for applications will be Monday 26 November 2012.
