Rural Links to Health and Wellbeing project helps people to access hospital and health appointments

The Rural links Project which is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund will help transport people on a door to door basis to hospital and health related appointments across the Western Trust area. The service will be delivered by a pool of volunteer car drivers and we have accessible vehicles for those with mobility issues.

To be eligible to use this heavily subsidised service clients must have limited access to public transport or their own vehicle.
