Limited edition Skechers Performance footwear launches in partnership with local breast cancer charity

Katie Larmour asks women to “walk this way” in Skechers GOwalk 3™ to support Pretty ‘n’ Pink Breast Cancer Charity

Katie Larmour, patron of Pretty ‘n’ Pink Breast Cancer Charity, partners with Skechers Performance to launch the limited edition Skechers GOwalk 3™ footwear collection.  For each pair sold, £5 will be donated to Pretty ‘n’ Pink to help raise awareness and provide vital support services for breast cancer patients here in Northern Ireland.

The limited edition Skechers GOwalk 3™ collection is only available at Skechers retail shops in Northern Ireland and features a black, white and charcoal color pallet with a pink hue weaved in. Each shoe also includes the iconic breast cancer awareness pink ribbon on the heel. Skechers GOwalk 3™ is available in a slip-on style and features Skechers Performance’s Goga Mat® footbed for added comfort. It is also extremely flexible, offering a more natural and responsive movement and the outsole includes Skechers Performance’s Goga Pillars™, which provide arch support and additional shock absorption. A lace-up version is also available in the Skechers GOwalk 2™ Flash style.

“I’m delighted to support the Skechers Performance GOwalk 3™ launch, and I’m so pleased that the partnership will help raise funds for this wonderfully deserving charity,” said Katie Larmour.. “Many people know someone affected by breast cancer, and this is one way you can help provide vital support services to local families, as well as help raise awareness of breast cancer.  Plus, the shoes are incredibly comfortable and look great too!”.

"We are proud to partner with Pretty ‘n’ Pink and be part of the fight against breast cancer,” said Paul Gallagher, of Skechers Performance. “We want to build awareness surrounding the incredible work the charity does, in helping people to prevent cancer, detect it at its earliest stages, and cope with the effects of this terrible disease.”

Pretty ‘n’ Pink fundraising and marketing manager Noeleen Lynn added, “We are delighted and very grateful to partner with Skechers Performance on this exciting new initiative, and look forward to working with the team.  We’re sure that this will have a positive impact in helping raise both awareness and also funds, as we continue to make a difference in the lives of breast cancer patients and their families here in Northern Ireland.”

The limited edition Skechers GOwalk 3™ is currently available exclusively in Skechers retail stores in Belfast and Craigavon and will retail for £63.00.
