Common Purpose Northern Ireland is currently accepting applications for its 2012 middle manager leadership development course, Navigator.

As the external environment places more demands on all sectors and requires excellent performance on squeezed resources, leaders will need to be open to new ways of working and finding creative solutions. It is increasingly important for leaders to know how to build diverse networks that provide support to make change happen as they will not be able to lead in isolation. Common Purpose courses (bringing together people from diverse backgrounds) aim to address these issues.
