CELEBRATING THE CULTURE OF KINSHIP DAY

Kinship Care NI are holding a Celebrating the Culture of Kinship event on Saturday 25th March 2017 to celebrate the culture of kinship.

The FREE event will be open to everyone and is a great opportunity for children and families to spend special time together. 

The event will take place in the Foyle Arena from 1.30pm to 4.00pm where children and their families will spend the afternoon having fun and getting involved in lots of activities from facepainting, bouncy castles, arts and crafts, balloon modelling, science shows, climbing wall, football, obstacle courses, crazy golf and lots more.

Chief Executive of Kinship Care NI, Jacqueline Williamson explained “We are offering a day for everyone big and small to have fun without any cost or worries where they can have a great day together. We hope our CELEBRATING THE CULTURE OF KINSHIP EVENT, which has been funded by the Department for Communities will be a day of great entertainment and celebration."

The event is open to everyone and no registration is required.

Celebrating the Culture of Kinship has been funded by the Department for Communities as part of their Strategic Interventions Programme.
