New event for the Community / Voluntary sector. Don't miss this!
Active in the Community will be a stimulating, information-packed, 2-day event for everyone who is actively involved in the community / voluntary sector in Northern Ireland.
The event will offer practical help and encouragement through 2 days of Seminars and will present a wide range of relevant resources at over 100 stands which make up the Exhibition Hall.
VISITORS to Active in the Community will include Directors, Management and Staff of community and voluntary groups active across N.I.
Our marketing to visitors will focus on attracting:
(i) Those responsible for capital and ongoing expenditure on behalf of their organisation.
(ii) Those responsible for planning the annual programme / activities of their group.
EXHIBITORS will include:
(i) Companies selling products and services to the end user groups and organisations e.g. Office Equipment, IT and Web Services, Design & Print, Sound Systems, Lighting, Heating, Flooring, Security etc.
(ii) Organisations who wish to disseminate information, advice and resources to and through community based groups e.g. Health Orgs., Government Agencies, Charities, Financial + Legal Advisers etc.
SEMINARS We are currently organising 25 hours of seminars – covering a wide range of relevant subjects – which will be delivered over the 2 days of Active in the Community.
LOCATION
The event will be held at The Ramada Hotel, Shaw's Bridge, Belfast. The Ramada sits in an extremely scenic part of South Belfast which is accessed by major arterial routes. The hotel has good parking, first class conference facilities and food available throughout the day.
