Youth Empowerment Worker

We are seeking to appoint 2 Youth Empowerment Workers to take on the role of assisting the project manager in delivering a 5 Year Big Lottery Empowering Young People Project. 

The Youth Empowerment Worker will play a key role in supporting young people in the greater Rathcoole community to learn creative skills and organise dynamic social action projects that will develop their individual and collective potential. 

Applicants will need to have a keen interest in Creative Industries such as film, drama, music, and Journalism.

 As this post involves continued engagement with young people, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Background Check and the results of which may affect any offer of employment.
