Rossorry Grove provides high support accommodation for young people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or making the transition from care.
We provide high level 1:1 support to assist young people deal with issues of addiction, poor mental health and fractured familial relations whilst preparing them for the transition to full independent living working collaboratively with all other agencies involved in their care and support
Your role in the service would be to engage in a 24 hour rota to provide direct support to young people on a daily basis, signpost where required to other services and assist them in developing the skills they need to live safely and independently. This includes keeping up to date records, liaising with other professionals and ensuring you uphold a high standard of safeguarding at all times.
Essential Requirements
NVQ level 3 or above in social care or related qualification, at least 1 year paid experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16+.
