Team Leader (Day Opportunities) Newcastle

Autism Initiatives are looking for an individual with the skills and experience to lead a team of Day Opportunities support workers who provide support services to individuals who have a Learning Disability or Autistic Spectrum Condition.

Team Leader, Day Opportunities

Salary:        £16,747.50 - £20,056.40 per annum

Hours:        40 hours per week

Contract:    Full Time/Permanent

Location:   Newcastle(travel across day opportunities will be required)

Essential:

• N.V.Q Level 3 Health & Social Care (Working towards it)

OR

• Relevant Professional qualification
• Experience of managing and supervising a staff team
• Registered with the NISCC
• Hold a current, full,clean driving licence and have      access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance.

Desirable:

• Understanding of legislation relating to daycare standards.
