We have the following vacancy at our Lakeland Supported Living Service in the Fermanagh Area:
Specialist Team Leader
37.5 hours per week
£18,750 - £22,350 per annum
You will
• Support people to live the lives they want in their own homes
• Provide direct support to the people we support, to staff and volunteers and promote best practice
You will have
• At least 2 years’ experience of supporting people within a social care setting
• Experience of working in a team
• Flexibility to be part of a rota of staff support, working unsociable hours and sleep over shifts
• Commitment to promoting and protecting the rights of people we support
• A full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes* to transport people supported OR A full valid driving licence* in order to meet the requirement to drive Motability cars
* This criteria is waived for candidates unable to meet it due to disability.
