As a APD Health Care Assistant - you will deliver APD (Automated Peritoneal Dialysis) Care to Clients living in their own home.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting renal failure patients with their automated peritoneal dialysis, enabling them to stay in their own homes to receive their treatment.
Qualifications/ Experience:
Essential Criteria:
NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
12 months experience in community care.
Flexible approach.
Applicants will be required to have a drivers licence, access to transport and appropriate business insurance to fulfil the duties of the role.
Desirable Criteria:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
