Sheltered Housing Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

The successful applicant will join a dynamic and established housing association dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable elderly individuals within our communities. You'll be working in conjunction with management and our on-the-ground team. This is a peripatetic role, covering our three sheltered schemes in East Belfast, Newtownabbey and Carrickfergus. 

We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of two years relevant experience in a Housing setting.
• Competent computer skills
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
• Current, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle for work
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and to meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills

In addition, the ideal candidate will have Vulnerable Adults training, and a Housing related qualification, or will be working towards such a qualification. Experience and/or good working knowledge of Housing Associations and related policies and procedures or of social housing generally are also desirable.
