 This is a great opportunity to join our expanding Ambulance Support (AS) Team and use your use your excellent organisational skills to help make a real difference to lives of people in crisis. The AS Team provides a range of services from patient transport to front line ambulance support and we are looking to grow our service and have the opportunity to become a leader in this field.

 You will have a good understanding of AS delivery requirements, have great attention to detail and be able to demonstrate personal resilience with the ability to cope with a demanding workload, competing priorities, and challenging performance agenda. The Service Coordinator will be based in Derry and work in conjunction with their colleagues in Belfast to receive and process bookings and requests and complete the allocation of staff/volunteers and appropriate resources to ensure that service delivery meets the requirements of the contract. Using your analytical skills you will generate information and reports to support the management of AS activities and support the Service Delivery Manager in the day to day management.

This role will involve operational driving therefore it is essential that you have a C/C1 drivers licence.
