- To provide appropriate therapeutic interventions to children who have been affected through transgenerational, conflict related trauma
- To carry out assessments of referrals made to the project and assess suitability for therapeutic interventions
- To assist in the development of the children’s service.
- To work across relevant agencies, community, voluntary and statutory (including schools and social services settings)
- To assist in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation of the project.
- To attend regular team meetings and supervision sessions
- To contribute to the development and implementation of Trinity Counselling Service’s strategic plan.
- To maintain a professional attitude at all times towards clients, staff and all those in contact with Holy Trinity’s services
- To adhere to the ethos and values of Holy Trinity Centre.
- To maintain adequate records of clinical work and provide appropriate statistical returns as required
- To assist in the evaluation of the service by contributing to data collection and analysis and to participate in research as required
- To participate in any other activities as agreed with the service managers
- To be aware of and comply with the policies, procedures and service
- To maintain professional accreditation and/or registration
- To manage own caseload and support other team members when necessary.
- Any other duties deemed reasonable by the Management.
