NIACRO believes children and young people can be diverted from the Criminal Justice System through support designed to meet their needs and the needs of their families.
Project Worker Children and Family Services
- A certificate level qualification (minimum NVQ3 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline e.g. Criminal Justice, Social work, Youth and Community, Health or Education.
- A least one year's experience of case work, programme development and work with disadvantaged children and families.
- Experience of working in an interagency setting and as part of a team.
- Access to transport which will enable the postholder to carry out the requirements of the job.
