The Project Manager will oversee Connect Hear NI, will be creative, motivated & well organised. The ideal applicant will have proven experience of successful project delivery through volunteer led activities and will understand the impact of disability.

Hearing Link is a UK charity for people with any level of hearing loss, their family and friends.  Our vision is a world where everyone can enjoy life and participate fully and confidently, whatever their level of hearing. We will soon be launching ‘Connect Hear NI’, an innovative 5-year project in Northern Ireland, funded by the National Lottery. Connect Hear NI will offer new ways for adults with hearing loss to reconnect with their families and communiteis to embrace experiences they are commonly excluded from.

We are now recruiting for a part time Project Manger in Northern Ireland to oversee and manage Connect Hear NI. We are looking for someone who is creative, motivated, well organised and has enthusiasm for engaging with volunteers. The ideal applicant will have proven experience of successfully delivering projects through volunteer led activities and will have an understanding of the impact of living with long term disabilities.

This post is part time and home based, initially 3 days per week, with possibility of increasing to 4 days per week within 6 months. The post will require extensive travel throughout Northern Ireland and occasional travel to other areas of the UK. Salary £23,340 pro rata (based on 35 hour week).
