Summary of Main Responsibilities;

1.         To Co-ordinate and manage Michaela Foundation (MF) core activities

2.         To lead and assist MF raising funds to deliver it’s agreed strategic objectives.

3.         To create opportunities to expand and promote MF’s reputation and influence.

 

  1. 1.      Specific Duties
  • To manage and co-ordinate the roll out and delivery of Michaela Foundation Girls Summer Camps in agreed locations including the recruitment, management, training & development of volunteers.
  • To manage and co-ordinate the roll out and delivery of ‘Student Retreats within schools.
  • To lead and assist MF raising funds from all sources to deliver strategic objectives and developing and implementing a sustainable funding strategy for the long term.
  • To organize, manage and co-ordinate events which align with MF’s core values.
  • To attend functions and events and speak passionately about MF’s core values.
  • To support volunteers in their fundraising and event objectives.

 

Administrative & Online Support

  • To manage MF existing database of all stakeholder contacts, including volunteers, donators, sponsors.
  • To produce reports on success of events and fundraisers with relevant KPI’s.
  • To manage MF’s online presence, include constant promotion through social media and website.
  • To respond to all correspondence received and effectively take through to completion.
  • To liaise with working partners for various requirements including design and publication.

 

Essential Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience within fundraising projects
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent IT Literacy
