Assisi is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead the Assisi Team based at the Sanctuary in Conlig.
As the most senior member of Assisi staff, the Operations Manager reports to the Chair of the board of trustees and is responsible for implementing the agreed strategy of the charity. The candidate will understand the role of volunteers in our charity, and be a mentor to both volunteers and staff. They will also be the public face of Assisi. This will involve media relations with members of print, digital and visual media. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact at the sanctuary and manage all the day-to day operations of the centre, including the supervision and management of staff and volunteers.
This position is 40 hours per week over a 7-day rota
