High Support accommodation for young people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at serious risk of homelessness or leaving care in the Enniskillen area.

Comprises of 13 self-contained fully furnished flats in 2 blocks and is staffed 24/7 by skilled and experienced staff.

Providing direct support to young people and provide advice, consultation and training to staff to enable them to increase practice skills with mental health issues. You will be working in partnership with a range of peer professionals to undertake mental health assessment, offer advice, intervention and consultation services, in order to improve recognition, assessment and management of mental health difficulties. You will contribute to building strategies for positive mental health promotion within services and to individual children and young people.

Essential Requirements

Registered Mental Health Nurse or Mental Health Social Worker, with relevant experience in a mental health setting. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. The job requires the ability to travel according to the needs of the job, with reasonable adjustments, if required, according to the Equality Act.
