Learning & Development Officer

• To provide a Learning and Developing Programme throughout Northern Ireland
• To co-ordinate the development, design, delivery and evaluation of CiNI’s Learning and Development Programme
• To work with relevant statutory independent and voluntary sector organisations
• To develop and support training issues and policies

The suitable candidate must meet the following essential criteria:• Hold a NISCC recognised Professional Social Work qualification• Have 3 years post qualification experience• Have 2 years experience of education and training and/or management SECONDMENTS CONSIDERED.
