Learning & Development Officer, Bangor
£19,627-£22,237 FTE
25 hours per week
Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of learning and development activities within the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and development within the social care sector.
Essential Criteria
1. QCF Level 3 Diploma Health & Social Care or equivalent
2. 1 years’ experience designing and delivering face to face training and staff development activities in a social care or health care setting
3. Ability to travel independently. Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a driving licence.
Desirable Criteria
1. D32/33 or A1
2. Experience of assessing health and social care vocational qualifications
3. Experience of using a computerised HR database
