Due to increasing demand on the service we are now seeking to recruit a Lead Practitioner to join the FMNI team. This is a key post within the developing service and will add to existing expertise ensuring a high quality service.
Family Mediation NI is the lead organisation delivering independent family mediation across NI. We are continually developing our services, which include the provision of an independent, impartial, confidential mediation service to separating parents and others experiencing family disputes and the training of family mediators. To offer continuity of service to clients we wish to employ a qualified Lead Practitioner.
The role of the LP is to support and enhance the service provided by FMNI through: Delivery of
1. Mediation & Supervision
2. Quality Assurance; and
3. Policy & Development.
Supervision of mediators is an essential part of developing mediators practice and the role of lead practitioner is key to ensuring standards and quality assurance. Contributing to the training calendar and delivery of CPD and Foundation Training Programme enhances quality of service delviered to the public.
One year fixed term post with extension dependent on funding.
