LCD6456 - Support Worker (Care At Home)

£8.35 per hour

Part time, 16 hours per week

The successful candidates will be required to visit the people who use our services in their own homes, providing personal care and undertaking practical care tasks to help them to maximise their independence in accessing local facilities and opportunities.

You will work in partnership with the people who use our services encouraging choice, participation and motivation, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.

You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns and flexible hours when required, and to travel to fulfil the objectives of the job and may be required to attend relevant meetings and training which may be held at different locations. You will work discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

This position is for evenings and weekends only. The successful candidate must have access to their own car for the role and will receive mileage for their journeys.
