Job Purpose:

 

To work as part of an existing team to supervise the kerbside recycling operation.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Current driving license with C category
  • Valid driver’s CPC card
    • 1 years’ experience supervising staff in an operational environment
    • Experience of route planning
    • Experience of managing targets to agreed performance standards
    • Competency using Microsoft package inc. Word, Outlook and Excel
    • Knowledge of recognised business standards
    • Experience dealing with internal and external customers
    • Good oral, written and communication skills
  •  

 

Desirable Criteria:

 

  • Managing Tachograph compliance
  • Freight or resource management experience
  • Managing absence
