Job Purpose:
To work as part of an existing team to supervise the kerbside recycling operation.
Essential Criteria:
- Current driving license with C category
- Valid driver’s CPC card
- 1 years’ experience supervising staff in an operational environment
- Experience of route planning
- Experience of managing targets to agreed performance standards
- Competency using Microsoft package inc. Word, Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of recognised business standards
- Experience dealing with internal and external customers
- Good oral, written and communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Managing Tachograph compliance
- Freight or resource management experience
- Managing absence
