International Programme Manager

She or he will be responsible and accountable for the strategic development, management and quality of the Programme and for the ongoing securing of resources to ensure its effective implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced peacebuilder interested in strategically developing a dynamic and effective programme of international work with a very experienced and highly regarded peacebuilding organisation.

Reporting to:  CEO

Direct Reports: International Programme Administrative Assistance

Liaises with: Other programme managers/coordinators, Financial Controller and serves the International Advisory Committee made up of diplomats, academics and experts that offer strategic advice to the Programme

Salary: €55,000 - €60,000 annually (depending on experience)

Location: Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in Co. Wicklow, Ireland (25 kms from Dublin City Centre).

Terms of Employment: Full time.  Initial one year contract with possibility of extension
