The right candidate will be CIPD qualified to level 5 or above and have at least three years’ experience in an HR generalist role. It is also beneficial if you have had experience in developing and implementing employee wellbeing initiatives.
The opportunity presents the rare proposition for an experienced HR generalist seeking part-time hours to join an organisation which has a huge positive impact on the communities it supports and also lives by its values in terms of the working environment fostered for its most critical asset – its people.
