We are pleased to offer the following permanent full time position:

 HR Administrator (Head Office, Bangor)

Providing admin support to the HR Business Partner for a dedicated group of services, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of HR disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised and proactive individual, with a passion for HR, to develop their career and grow the role into an advisory capacity.
Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 3 GCSE (or equivalent) passes at Grade C or above which must include English and Maths  
• At least 1 year’s experience in an administrative role  
• At least 1 year’s experience of using MS Office in the workplace (to include Word and Excel) 

Desirable Criteria
• Experience of working in an HR environment  
• Competent in using computerised HR system 
• Student membership of CIPD
