Background to the Role:
The HR Administration Officer will provide essential administrative support to the HR function, ensuring that all documentation is recorded accurately, confidentially and within the legal framework. This role will also maintain the training calendar for the organisation, ensuring that staff development is organised and recorded appropriately.
To be successful in this role you must be confident, proactive, and capable of working with limited supervision. This role is open to strong administrators and co-ordinators, ideally who have previous experience within HR.

Salary: NJC Points Pts 12 - 17 (£15,823 - £17,547), pro-rata.
Hours: Part-time (25 - 28 hours per week).
Working Pattern: The working pattern for this role is not determined and can be negotiated with the successful candidate. It will however need to be within our office opening hours which are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am - 4:00pm on Fridays.
Holidays: 25 days per year pro-rata; increasing to 27 days’ pro-rata after five years’ service and 30 days’ pro-rata after 10 years’ service. Employees also avail of 12 statutory days (pro-rata), one birthday day and one discretionary Christmas shopping day.
Probation: You will serve a probationary period of six months. This may be extended if considered appropriate.
