Job Title:Floating Support Worker
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: £19,621 pro rata
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until March 2018 with possible extension dependent on contract of funding

Job Purpose:

This is an exciting post that offers a broad range of training opportunities, personal development, flexible working and valuable experience working with a wide range of individuals in the community. Job satisfaction a certainty, helping improve the lives of people with disabilities is hugely rewarding.

Support services are on an outreach basis and will be provided to people in their own homes aiming to maintain their independence in the West and North Belfast.
