The post holder will develop and deliver a new housing solutions scheme which is a new support service providing a range of outreach housing support services to older people living in Northern Ireland.
Based at: St Pauls Fold, Canning Place, Belfast, BT15 1FT
Position Reference: FSC.HS.10
Hours: 36 Hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent to include at least Grade C or above in English and Maths and 1 years' experience working with older people or other relevant client groups OR 3 years' experience of working in a sheltered or supported housing environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other professional agencies.
- Understanding of the needs of older people and service provision with an awareness of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Valid driving licence with access to a vehicle to carry out the mobility aspects of the role.
