Finance / Admin Officer

FINANCE / ADMIN OFFICER (16 hours/week) Hours of work negotiable, days of work Monday, Thursday and/or Friday

Specific responsibilities will include: 

  • Preparation of orders, invoices and payments using Sage Accounts software and iBusiness Banking
  • Provision of assistance with processing of salary and other payments for staff using Sage Payroll
  • Assistance with grant applications and preparation of financial returns to funders
  • Reception duties
  • Support with building management
  • Provision of general clerical and administrative support services 

Experience and qualifications required include the following: 

  • Level 2 Qualification, ie 4 GCSE’s, A*-C, to include English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent
  • Sage Accounts Qualification, or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year’s experience of working in an office in a finance support role
  • Willing to work within the mission, vision and values of Youth Link: NI
