FINANCE / ADMIN OFFICER (16 hours/week)
Hours of work negotiable, days of work Monday, Thursday and/or Friday
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of orders, invoices and payments using Sage Accounts software and iBusiness Banking
- Provision of assistance with processing of salary and other payments for staff using Sage Payroll
- Assistance with grant applications and preparation of financial returns to funders
- Reception duties
- Support with building management
- Provision of general clerical and administrative support services
Experience and qualifications required include the following:
- Level 2 Qualification, ie 4 GCSE’s, A*-C, to include English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Sage Accounts Qualification, or equivalent
- A minimum of one year’s experience of working in an office in a finance support role
- Willing to work within the mission, vision and values of Youth Link: NI
