We are seeking an Employment Team Leader who will project manage and support project staff, to deliver on the requirements of the ESF funded Employment project.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To project manage and support project staff to deliver on the requirements of the ESF funded Employment project. To provide an information, assessment, advice, guidance and support service to deaf and hard of hearing people, assisting them to enhance their employability skills and employment outcomes. To provide information and advice to employers to assist them to recruit, develop and retain deaf and hard of hearing employees. You will also line manage the Employment Support Officer and ensure that Deaf and Hard of hearing people and represent deaf and hard of hearing people as our representative in the SES Consortium.
