Concern Door to Door Team Leader.

We are delighted to announce that we currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader to join the Concern Direct Dialogue Door to Door Fundraising team in Belfast!

This is a full time role and the successful candidate will be required to work at least 40 hours per week scheduled between the hours of 11am and 8pm. Please note that our Fundraising teams work between Monday to Friday each week and are based mainly in the Belfast area but with travel to sites throughout Northern Ireland on a regular basis – transport and accommodation is provided for these trips. 

About the Job:

• Responsible for leading Fundraising teams daily, including all associated operational duties, and for maximising the team ability to achieve targets set.  

• Motivating and coaching Fundraisers to ensure all team members are working to the best of their ability and developing their knowledge and skills as Fundraisers.

• Engaging in positive discussion with Fundraising Development Officers in an effort to maximise team performance.

• Responsible for the wellbeing and performance management of Fundraisers.

• Monday to Friday 11am-8pm.

• Flat hourly rate of £8.70

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have previous experience as a Team Leader in the fundraising industry.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to win trust and gain respect of peers.

• Be a role model for Fundraisers, inspiring others through their work and ability to achieve what is required in the role.

• Be motivated by targets and be a team player.
