Catering Assistant

Based at: Gnangara HWC, Sligo Road, Enniskillen, BT74 7GZ

Reference: AC.GN.01

Hours: 30 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Previous catering experience in a commercial environment, to include cooking and food preparation
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a catering environment
• Knowledge of principles of food hygiene and storage/service
• Awareness of dietary requirements of elderly and special dietary needs
