To contribute to the professional delivery of Human Resources services in line with the Association’s business plan.
Based at: Radius House, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA
Reference: BP.HR.03
Hours: 37 hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- A third level qualification in HR or Business related discipline and at least 3 years' (gained in the last 6 years') generalist HR experience.
Or
At least 5 years' (gained in the last 10 years') generalist HR experience
And
CIPD qualified and current membership to a minimum of Associate membership. - Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation.
- Experience of:
* Employee relations and case management to include participation in discipline and grievance and investigation process.
* Administering sickness and absence protocols.
* Performance management.
* Working with trade union representatives in an employee relations environment. - Current driving licence and provision of a vehicle / ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role
