We want to extend our opening hours and deliver new projects which best meet the need of our clients.
Full training will be given and duties can include taking / making phone calls, filing, talking to clients and making appointments.


Volunteers Needed

Have you an hour to spare?

We work each year with 400 people who suffer from

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Post Natal Depression
  • Depression
  • Addiction
  • Heart disease
  • Domestic abuse
  • Homophobic abuse
  • Cancer
  • Self harm
  • Suicidal thoughts

We want to extend our opening hours and deliver new projects which best meet the need of our clients. 

Full training will be given and duties can include taking / making phone calls, filing, talking to clients and making appointments. 

Local people and those with an interest in health and well being are most welcome!  Please consider helping us to help those suffering with stress.  In return, we can offer you one free therapy every 6 weeks.  You will also;

  5. Develop new interests and hobbies
  6. Have new experiences
  7. Meet a diverse range of people
