NI Regional Supported Lodgings service are seeking to recruit an administrative officer who will offer practical support to the team based in our Antrim office to cover long term sickness absence.
As part of the cluster business support team you will be supporting the staff in the NI Regional Supported Lodgings service by preparing and distributing paperwork for panel members and attending and taking minutes of panel meetings. You will be maintaining and updating internal and external information systems to ensure accurate recording of all aspects of the service relating to hosts and young people, processing payment to host providers and receipt of housing benefit. You will contribute to income and expenditure reporting and use Action for Children's corporate systems and relevant databases.
GCSE English & Maths Grade C or above, IT Qualification
