Location: Antrim NI Regional Supported Lodgings is designed to help young people aged 16-21 who are leaving care or find themselves experiencing housing difficulties.

The service find a family type home where the young person can live with a  host provider for a period of time and work towards independence or return home to their family if appropriate.  The young person benefits from being in a family home in a quiet and safe environment where they are given an opportunity to learn practical skills whilst having the presence of a positive role model. NI Regional Supported Lodgings service are seeking to recruit an administrative officer who will offer practical support to the team based in our Antrim office to cover long term sickness absence.

As part of the cluster business support team you will be supporting the staff in the NI Regional Supported Lodgings service by preparing and distributing paperwork for panel members and attending and taking minutes of panel meetings.  You will be maintaining and updating internal and external information systems to ensure accurate recording of all aspects of the service relating to hosts and young people, processing payment to host providers and receipt of housing benefit. You will contribute to income and expenditure reporting and use Action for Children's corporate systems and relevant databases.

Essential Requirements

GCSE English & Maths Grade C or above, IT Qualification
